A stainless steel and eighteen carat gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust reference 16013.    The watch is powered by a Rolex, Swiss made, twenty seven jewel automatic calibre 3035 movement that powered all of the acrylic crystal Datejust quick set date models.  These models can be told apart from one another as they do not have the earlier,  characteristic,  'pie pan'  style dial.  The  watch is fitted to its original Rolex Jubilee stainless steel and eighteen carat gold Jubilee bracelet with six removable links in place, which, if needed, can be taken out to make the bracelet  smaller.  The watch has developed an amazing patina to the gold which gives off a copper and almost pink gold look to the metal.  This can, of course, be cleaned off if desired, to reveal the yellow gold beneath, but it has ben left as it gives the watch a unique and interesting appearance.  The watch was made circa 1986 with serial number 916XXXX.   The watch is in original condition, and comes with the Rolex papers, along with a Foundwell one year warranty against mechanical failure.
